Wow thank goodness I found that we are not the only ones out there having such a terrible experience with this company. Our house was flooded January 15, 2009 by a broken line to the dishwasher. After fighting with the insurance company (which I thought was bad enough) the check to fix things came to both ASC and us. So in the mail it went and the battle began. Asc has had the insurance check since March 6th and we have been dealing with these people by phone since then. They can send you into a rage. It has to be sent to this area and that is 3 - 5 business days and then if no word they will put a rush that turns out to be another 5 days. Everytime we think we are close the say they need something else and we send it or they already have it. We need the check to do the kitchen and Lowe's must have the money up front to order cabinets etc. and do the work but they will only give part so then we go back to the exception. What a joke! This company needs to be investigated by the government for the crooked way that they are dealing with the people. I have never felt such rage or been made physically sick, as I have dealing with these crooks. I hope they have recorded every one of my conversations with them. If I had the means I would sue this company and bring to light what they are doing to the homeowner that is just trying to survive in today's world.
