We've had this Condo loan for three years in Texas. This year our taxes were being paid late, due to our fiances. But before we could pay the taxes, America's Servicing Company (ASC) paid our taxes and inforced an impound, causing our mortgage payment to double. The State of Texas gives you almost 6 months to pay your taxes, which includes a late fee. This loan company sucks!!!
