Ordered my coin set over phone after watching TV ad; was notified by email of a 'delay' (2 to 3 wks) in shipping due to stock shortage of wooden cases for same. It is now 6 weeks later and several attempts to contact customer service have failed. The order taking number is ALWAYS open, the customer service number is ALWAYS a dead end! I seem to be out of options. Of course, they deducted from my credit card the same day I placed the order, not the day they ship, if it ever happens. I think I'm out of options.
