I responded to Sanders owner financing program and got a home he claimed he owned. Paid him $1500.00 upfront and then $895 monthly. Only to find out that he is not the owner, but some how got into the condo and changed the locks after the owner abandoned the property and could no longer afford to pay. He rent to own the property as if it was his. I was then approached by a Bank representative and to my chagrin learnt that he was not the owner. BEWARE, HE IS A SMOOTH TALKER. THE BIGGEST SCAMP YOU WILL EVER MEET! I had to move from the property and lost the deposit I gave him, because he never took my calls after i told him what happened. He has now changed the name of his company from Brooke Sloan Properties to America's Home Program. Mark Wendell Saunders is a swindler. I called the FL. Attorney General's Office and was referred to several other places- FREC, etc as they felt he is into Real Estate. WE NEED TO STOP THIS GUY, WE MUST STOP THIS CRIMINAL FROM HURTING FAMILIES. My children were crying when the Bank officla came and told us that we must leave the home. It was devastating to my family. What kind a woman would marry a man like this who hurts children?????????
