refunding money
I cancel my flight because of Hospitalization and the airline dose not want to refund my 274 dollars.

Poor service
On December 15th 2010 our flight from Dallas, Texas was suppose to leave at 9:30 pm it then got changed to 10:15 pm which I understand delays. They boarded us on the plane at 9:35 pm where we sat until after midnight because we didnt have a pilot. We couldn't get off the plane and I asked one of the stewardest for a glass of ice and she told me that they couldn't serve us anything until we were in the air, but first class got served drinks and food. We were on the plane about thirty five minutes and they finally turned some air on. This was flight number 1017. Finally a crew from St. Louis arrived and they ended up taking us to Seattle. This is the first day that I've gotten out of bed because I got Pnuemonia. My son Eric Stout took us to Mexico and this flight was unbelieveable, poor service and very rude. When the other tenants arrived the old crew just laughed and said good luck still don;t know where the pilot was. There was the three of us and we were not happy. Please respond to me at [email protected]. Thanks for listening. We didn't get home until close to four in the morning when originally we were suppose to get in at 10:30 pm on the 15th. |

Dishonesty, Rudeness and dirty
We flew American Airline from Miami to St. Lucia on January 10, 2010
The interior of the plane was dirty and the upholstery was falling apart to compound matters the staff were rude.
But even more grievous, was my husband purchased a beer and paid with a $20.00 bill. The flight attendant (either from Puerto Rico or Central America with an accent and dark hair) never brought the change. My husband has to chase her before the flight landed and demand his change which was $16.00 which she pretended not to remember.
To compound matters they lost our luggage and we had to spend over 24 hours without any clothes, toiletries etc.. Since our accommodation was very remote we had to do without toothbrush and clothes for over 24 hours.
We were told they would reimburse us $25.00 for each suitcase ... which was rejected when we submitted the claim.
This is an airline that needs to go out of business.

Can't cancel/change reservation with a lower cost one
I booked a flight on aa.com on April 12th in the evening for $496. The next day, the price drops to $349. I called AA to see if I can get the lower fare, but they said that I would be charge a $150 fee, which is the difference; so that would be pointless. I asked if there was a policy where I can't change my reservation within 24 hours without a fee and was rudely told NO. After being on hold for 30 minutes and talking to three different represenative, all I got was rude customer service. There is a "Lowest Price Guarantee" but the claim form must be submitted by midnight of the night the reservation was made. AA really should adopt a 24-hour policy where reservations can be changed or cancelled with a fee.

Wrong Tagging AT JFK

Subject: Tagging luggage to BAHRAIN and giving boarding card to PESHAWAR
Dear Sir,
While going from London to J F K as mentioned my bag was delayed. Forget about that.
But now once again, it is quite surprising that your agent at JFK (flight no. 104 12 sep. 635 p m) made a blunder by issuing me boarding card (4 072 5699304571) for London, Bahrain and Peshawar; while tagged my luggage (four pieces for two passengers) upto BAHRAIN.
The inconvenience caused me great pain and financial loss; besides setback to your reputation. Mind it, my family and I use this airline over a decade.
I would request you to hold proper enquiry and take severest disciplinary action against lady who tagged luggage at JFK. I may also be compensated within the ambit of you laws.
I reserve my legal rights.
