I have no idea why I was weak enough to sign on this website other than being frustrated at American Air over loading our clothes in the rain and ruining two pieces of clothing. Last Saturday morning we were on our way to Vegas. When the weather cleared our clothes had been left in the rain. Why? There was a hundred covered carts there. There's no recourse and they don't care and you don't care and I'm wasting my time. Damn a proof photo.
