Well I've gotten several calls since last week stating that I owed $300 for a loan that I took out in June of 2010 (which I've never did such thing). It was a man with a heavy indian accent he told me that if I wanted to settle out of court I would have to send them $1500 through credit card. He went on to say that he had all of my information. He stated my last 4 of my social and my last 4 of my account number. I asked if I could get a date of when I took out the loan and he wasn't specific just gave me month and year. I started to ask him about a contact number of his client and he went on to say that all he can do is hope that the wrath of God doesn't come down on me. I started to wonder why would a creditor even say something like that. So then I continued on with him by saying I think your just going to have to take me to court then because I have evidence that there was no transactions made in that period of time. He was going to take me to court and good luck on paying this money that I owed. Very next day he called with a different name same accent just different number and name and said I owed them money and they would need to collect it or I will go to jail for my consequences. I told them to F*^# off and get a life and they then left a horrible msg on my phone which is by the way recorded through my email about how they were indians from india and the happiest day of their lives was 9-11... They continued to say that eff America. They also said some other things that I can not repeat but its all recorded... I would like you guys to do something about this. I don't know where they are calling from but would like to warn everyone out there to be aware of this. Please don't get ripped off. Do not give them any of your info. Just hang up and report this action as it happens. Record everything I have and I'm trying to warn everybody about this.
