They will suggest to ship you their in-house alarm system and if you don’t accept their offer, then it is not their “inability to convert the system”. When you try to cancel, they become rude and they will say you can only cancel after 60 days. So without service provided, no cancellation, you have been scammed into another internet false advertising scheme

You will also discover that the cancellation form asks for a social security for “security reasons”, so they can later threaten you with collections and credit reports for a service you may have not received.

I recommend that users complaint to BBB to help investigate such unethical businesses. Call your credit company and file a chargeback if you have been wrongly charged. VISA/MC Processors will only accept up-to 1 % of chargeback from a business, before they terminate their ability to accept credit cards forever. And never provide your social security number.
