i was told i would receive my insurance cards via mail in 7-10 business days.this is day 15and much to my surprise i have not received these cards.when i attempted to call this company i spoke with a man from customer service who said he would e-mail me temp cards that i could print off from the computer.i waited all day and never received an e-mail.when i waited a few more days i still did not recieve the cards or the e-mail.after several attempts of contacting someone at americanhealthinsurance i waited on hold for 30-55 minutes only to continue to get voice recordings each and every time i tried to call. it has been over 2 weeks since i have spoken to a human being and still cannot get a hold of a single person at this company.funny how my money flew out of my checking account and i have recieved nothing.they talk a nice talk.i am pregnant and had to go to e.r. with a threatened miscarriage and this added stress has not helped.i waited to go to a doctor until these so called benefits kicked in and i have received zero consideration or care.this company is horriable!!! do not sign upthis is a scam!! do not be fooled by there better business bureau accrediation on the bottem of the web page, you can do amazing things with computers these days!!! i hope everyone that is involved with these scams and lies dies in a horriable firey car crash or something of equal value...fuck these guys!!!
