THEY CHARGE PEOPLES BANK ACCOUNTS AND THEY NEVER SEND OUT THE STUFF AND THEN THEY CHARGE U 50.99 A MONTH FOR SERVICE THAT THEY DONT EVEN PROVIDE

This company must have picked up my information when I was requesting an online payday loan. I never asked for their services, never received any information from them, but they charged me $58.61 from my debit card for a service fee to use them. When I contacted them, they stated that I had signed up over a month ago, and if I didn't call to cancel the service I would get charged for it. These people stole my information and removed the last money I have until next week, which was earmarked for groceries to feed my diabetic child. They gave me a support email but wrote back that the money is gone and will not be refunded. I went to file a dispute with my card company, Netpend, who suggested to shut down the card and send me another, but I would not be able to get the card for 7 to 10 days and I need to be able to do that to access my check this week.
Very frustrating. One web site states that this scam is being investigated by the Better Business Bureau but it is not fast enough to help me. I was advised to call the police.
