Mortgage

My employer and his wife currently have thier mortgage with this company, and have been trying to work out payments. The company calls and his harassing them and is extremely rude. We have been trying to get an extension number to reach the negotiator and discuss options with him but after jumping through hopes being left on hold until the phone went dead and having to do it all over again was told they didn't have his extention nor did they have an e-mail address. This company just wants to steal peoples homes

ALWAYS CHARGES LATE FEE/ ALWAYS RUDE/ALWAYS GET DIFFERENT ANSWERS FROM DEFFERENTS REPS

EVER SINCE 07/08 OPTION ONE /AMSHI, HAS CHARGED ME A LATE FEE EVERY MONTH. I CALL AND COMPLAIN AND IT TAKES ALMOST 1 TO 1.5 HOURS ON TH PHONE FOR THEM TO REMOVE LATE FEE. i APPLIED FOR A LOAN MOD. AND THE REP (DESIREE FORD, ) DIDN'T RETURN MY CALLS SO I CALLED HER SUPERVISOR, (ALMA R. )TO LET HER KNOW THAT I HAD LEFT 3 MSGS. WITH REP. AND NO ONE RETURNED MY CALLS TO LET ME KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH MY LOAN MOD.. THE REP. (DESIREE FORD, ) THEN RETURNED MY CALL AND WAS RUDE AND DENIED MY CLAIM FOR A LOAN MOD. TIS IS TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! NO ONE IS PROFFESSIONAL IN THIS COMPANY!!!
