The American Laser Center in Charlotte, NC for some reason cannot keep track of the number of my visits, am over 8 visits now after going for a year. This last visit the new person (since there is such a high-turnover here for some reason) said "oh I see your on your 5th visit. Not even knowing this was wrong, would they even know the level of treatment to give? This practice has been baffling/blundering. Have tried to contact the headquarters, but always met with no one can help u but customer care, which is nothing more than a voice mail that no one will ever return your call. When I had asked for the VP's name they just kept transferring me to voice mail.

These people do not seem to know what they are doing administrative, or hair removal wise. Steer clear of these fake's and try your dermatologist.
