I would like to make a complaint about the customer service I and my significant other are receiving at American Laser Center @ 500 Canyon Ridge Drive

We have repeatedly had our appointments reschedule about 5-6 times in the past few months. We receive a voicemail saying that it's been rescheduled to a later time without our approval.
With 3 kids, a full-time job and attending college I am sure you can imagine that making adjustments to our schedules is not that easy.

I have told the manager at the site (Pam) to please not change our appts unless we have verbally confirmed that this will work. However, it has continued to happen. So far I have had to have all of them cancelled because the time they have reschedule us for at the last minute does not work for us. I have paid enough money to have these treatments and have made my appointments well ahead of time I do not appreciate having my appointments cancelled repeatedly.
