I was a customer with american laser center for 2 years I purcheased a package with them for 2, 500 for 3 years of service. A coupel of week ago someone called me to cancel my oppointment because they had closed their business. American Laser Center still owes me one year of service. I tried to call them many times but all I get is answereing machine. Not happy with them and will never use their serevices!!!

I would like to first say I believe Vela-Shape does work under the proper conditions, that being said I wish I had checked sights like this first before I went to AML to have it done. If you get the proper technician who spends the appropriate amount of time on you results will be seen, but some of my appts. where an hour some thirty minutes and I had a total of 16 treatments. In that time frame some of my appointments would also run 30 to 45 minutes late (after ofcourse my first visit when I paid them $3000 dollars) on the days they ran late I found out they were squeezing in NEW Trial patients and purposfully backing up my time. My sister who is a nurse and a believer in the technology had signed up at the same time and found out they were short of nurses and began working there. What an eye opener that was. She did her online traing but was put on the lasers with clients without her full time with another nurse as her shadow because they said they were overbooked. My sister was chastised by the office manager for taking to long with patients and so when one of the company trainers came in she asked how long a certain procedure would take for several different areas of hair lasering and she was told 2 to 2 1/2 hours--but she was being scheduled with clients after 45 minutes. So they get you in there and the lay person has no idea how long treatment should take and they're just throwing in more and more clients. It's an incredible shame because after checking I know I could have gotten this smae service for less, but had I been treated ethically and given my complete time every time I still might have gone back. I would also like to mention I asked for my before and after pictures and still havent recieved them.

They charged me $35 no show fee, said it's from corporate, have you heard anyone charge their clients $35 no show fee? Since I have already paid all the service package, they don't care any more.

Bad service, don't ever use them.

I just wanted to warn others out there about how bad ALC actually is. First, most people go into ALc because they won a drawing for $300. Well, everyone wins if they put their name in the drawing. It's just a strategy to get new consumers in the door. Second I used to be a tech at ALC and could no longer take it because of how many disatisfied clients I dealt with. ALC doesn not train their employees well at all. The lasers are very poor compared to ohers lasers I have worked with at different companies. Also, the celulite tx's don't work at all!! I did sooo many tx's and not ONE person was happy with their results! I just felt bad for all the clients who paid so much money and were complaiing that they still high high percentage of hair left after two years. Basically, they will do anything to get you to sign a contract, because once you sign, they will not refund! When you are a tech at ALC your main job is sales! They don't care how your treat your client or how well you are charting and making sure you are giving a good tx. If you don't upsale you will get fired! So, I left because I went to school to do treatments not SALE.. So, I promise if you want laser hair removal GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

i just wanna say that the manager they have right now is veryyyyyyyyyyy unprofessional!!! The manager they have before Gabi, who passed away was really nice. She seem to like what she was doing n would try to work with her clients to make them happy. but this new manager Nicole is horribleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee. she is soooo rudeeee and is just tryin to pass her time at work. she talks very rudly and does notttt care at all about how she is front of customers. i find her veryy rude and unprofessional. If u ever call to check on an apt. or to change it she'll just pretend that is looking and just say "o i'm sorry, theres nothin avaiable". just because she doesnt want to even look through the dates because she is LAZY!!! i just wish they can hire someone else fast. :(
