IT DOES NOT WORK. . . and worse, they're jerks about it when it's their product that sucks!
I decided to call Corporate:
I first spoke with Amber, who refused to give a last name initial because "that's not necessary, she's the only Amber there and has been for 4 years." Her extension is 272 and she had an attitude before she even knew why I was calling. She would not let me voice my concern over the lack of response I've had in 3 years of treatment - she immediately started quoting my "contract." By the way, I have my contract, and she wasn't even quoting it correctly. She told me to write a letter, but would not put me through to a legal department and refused to give me their extension. When I asked to speak to her manager, she put me through to the (most likely unattended) voicemail box of Eva Burst, the Department Manager for Corporate's Customer Service Dept.
She also pulled up my file and informed me that it said I had 40% hair loss on my bikini. This is sooo funny, I just had to reply with, "well i could drop my pants right now for you, because there's definitely no hair loss there." What I really want to know is how a technician can make such a judgement (and put it in my chart) when you're told to shave prior to coming in (or else pay a $75 charge). I have 0% results, after 3 years of treatments on underarms, bikini, full legs, and forearms.
Anyway, I'll take her up on that and write my letter...you should, too - this is the address she gave me
