I keep getting phone calls from people with names like investigating officer Mark Stone with a very strong indian accent. Other names such as Justin Wright, Mark Thomas, and other american names (give me a break). These people tell me I own money from a cash advance loan, which I don't have. They have called my cell phone and work phone. The last call I had I told them to keep talking because I am recording all information for the police. They told me they were recording my conversation too. I told them that is good because they are a SCAM and should be ashamed of what they are doing. They started yelling at me to pay and they would leave me alone. I said not with out proof, which they haven't sent. They called my home phone, how did they get an unlisted number is beyond me. A Mark Stone, investiageing officer said I was being sued by their firm and needed to call them back. My son picked up the phone and told them to never call here again. When my husband heard what was there from the message and called the caller idea number back with was 315-413-8012 he was told he had the wrong number. When I called I just got a message saying "I not in leave a message" what kind of law firm that has a message like that? How do we make these people stop. Change our numbers. Even if you tell them to stop calling your work place it is illegal to receive harressment calls at your work place they don't. As far as sending anything in writing, if they had you information from a loan they would have your address. HOW DO YOU GET THEM TO STOP?????
