David Jackson, with a very heavy, east idian accent, called, looking for an employee. I, politely, informed him that our division does not accept personal phone calls and that he would need to contact that employee at home. Jackson argued, briefly, I, again, informed him that in order to speak with this employee, he would have to make contact with them at their home, said goodbye and hung up the phone. Jackson called right back, asking why I hung up on him and demanded to speak with my employee. I gave Jackson the same information from our previous, 2 minute ago, conversation, told him to have a good day and hung up the phone. Jackson called right back. For the third time!!! I took his phone number, company name and asked him what number he was dialing. After getting the information, I told Jackson not to call again for this employee and to remove the number from his call center. Jackson raised his voice and began accusing me of being the employee he was seeking, devulging very sensitive information about this emoployee. To even get a word in, I was forced to raise my voice, I threatened to call the FTC and the FDC Dept. and hung up. This is insane! Are these people not monitored by anyone? Is this type of behavior really required?
