Today we did a routine credit card check on line and found a charge from American Leisure for $89.95 an we had no idea as to who they are or what it was for . When we called them they tried to blow smoke up my a-- and tell me I cashed a check for $3.50, which in turn authorized them to make the charge to my account. Bull Sh-- !!! I have no idea who they are or what they represent, they indicated a relaiton shit to Jupiter Jack ! Who the H is that ???? Hmm !! When they fianllyagreed to return or correct the charge they said it could take up to 3-6 billing cycles before I would see the correction to my account !!
I don't think so !! I told them they took it in seconds from my account and and I would given them jus tminutes to get it back to me. . I got passed on to a manager who could do no more per him, i told him i would reprot them to the FBI, the IRS and BBB and anyone else who would be intertested in their scam . Even it I did cash the check, which I didn't, how did they get my Credit carfd infomation. I asked them to show me a signature or any documantation that says I authorized them to dedcuct my CC account . They still resisted, and by now Iwas irrate and pounding my desk and they knew it and wanted to pass me on to the customer relations people. SO I says sure pass the buck if you can't handle your job but pass it to someone who can do it ! So at that time I was given a very loud very disturbing Music which sounded like it might be from India or someplace like that ! Go figure !! So to end this we called the credit Card company and cxl'd our card so no one else could charge anything as we do not know where the CC info came from to the American Leisure Co.
I suspect a conspiracy wth a local store that we recently purchased from or from an online purchase . Perhaps I will never know unless The FBI or someone with Inter-trade commerce looks into this. Lets hope they do !!
