Dear Sir or Madam,
I have received this correspondence from you indicating that I do not have pre-existing condition coverage that is not correct. When I originally purchased this coverage a pre-existing coverage was included. I did not opt out of this coverage. Please explain how it was that even though I am paying for the pre-existing clause, you are now saying it is not part of my coverage. How did I end up paying more for less.?
I need to understand how this came about. I did not change anything, so tell me who gave the authorization to change my policy?
I have tried to contact you through your phone galaxy which is out of this world. It never understands what you are saying so you end up in the ever on going “I’m sorry I do not understand your request” so I am requesting that once you have answered my question in paragraph one. Please cancel my policy and return my premium money to me from the time your company took over until now, since I can not see that you have been of any use to me since you came on board.
Sincerely
Martin
