I have worked with American Printing in Rhode Island for a few projects over the past few years and never had any problems until recently. Here is my horrible experience with American Printing in Rhode Island: - In August 2010 I contacted them to place an order for Qty.2 logo tablecloths for a trade show in October. - I received confirmation over the phone from someone by the name of Lucky there. - I heard nothing and I month later I followed up. - I then asked them for the status of my printing order in September and they said they had some issues but they are working on it. - 2 weeks ago I still heard nothing so I called and emailed Lucky and Paul (the owner of American Printing in Rhode Island). - They replied and said it would ship last Tuesday at the absolute latest...I another week went by and I heard nothing and still have not received my product. - I sent Paul and Lucky an email and phone call on this past Friday and heard from him this weekend. - Paul replied to my email, did not apologize that it took over 2 months and we still have do not have the printed tablecloth for our tradeshow (which is now a week away). - Since it was a holiday weekend, he said he would get back to me on Tuesday and that they had to outsource this printing project. - I just received an email from them stating that they can not (and the other printer that they outsourced our project to) can not place our order for our product! This is a HORRIBLE experience! To recap, I placed an order for 2 products over 2 months before I needed it and never heard a status or anything from them and then at the end they could not help me! American Printing in Rumford, RI should have been honest with me from the start and told me they can't help me with this. I would not have been mad at all, just would have found another printing vendor, but would have used them for all other brochure, etc printing that we need. They could have also tried to find another vendor for us... So now as a result I have to pay almost double to have another printing company put a rush order in and send this overnight...I may not even have it for our tradeshow display in a week...so much for thinking ahead and using American Printing in Rumford, Rhode Island. If you are considering giving your business to American Printing, please be aware that their service may not be good as it was horrible for me.
