no response -- terrible service
Over 47 days after I first made a "successful" order of a neuros mpeg4 recorder from American techpushers off their website, I have still had no contact whatsoever from the company. They have not replied to my emails, or to emails from others, such as neuros itself. I have made a complaint with the FTC and the Better Business Bureau. This is abysmal business practice, to say the least. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

terrible service
Terrible service. I placed an order in December for a Neuros MPEG4 recorder with American Techpushers. The final page of the ordering process said:
Secure order form
Thank you for your order!
CONGRATULATIONS!
Your payment has been successfully processed.
You will shortly receive a confirmation email for your records.
To this day, over a month and some days later, I have not received a confirmation email, let alone the product I ordered. I have sent numerous email requests to the company, even to the owner directly, and tried to phone, but all to no avail. This is the shoddiest service I have ever seen in a company. It makes you want to stop using internet at all for ordering products. If anyone has had similar experience, please join in...

Bad service
Good price for SqueezeBox. International order handled well: Correct foreign power adapter, not unreasonable international shipping charge, reasonable delivery time.
