We have been paying $553.00 per month for our premium. It had been deducted from out account from 8/2009 to 3/2010. We have paid our copays. We have been notified by several doctors and rehabilitation center that they have not been paid by our insurance company.
We have had to change out visa and checking account numbers. We are now having trouble finding an insurance company to cover our family of six due to pre-existing conditions.

They have been taking money out of my checking account for health insurance. I tried to use my medical card the other day and it came up as expired. It was issued on 10/01/2009. Already expired? I tried to call all day today and line was busy all day. I went online to check status and I wasn't able to access that. After seeing the Tn. attorney general has filed a complaint against them for what looks like freudulant practices. I'm thinking I've been paying for health insurance thats not there. Please let me know if anything comes up about this company. I am going to stop anymore payments going to this so call insurance company.

I was issued a bad check for RX reimbursement.

This company is marketing unlicensed insurance products. They claim their insurer is Serve America Assurance, Ltd. This company is NOT licensed anywhere in the United States. They are associated with Smart Data Solutions. Indiana, Oklahoma, Connecticut, Montana, North Carolina, Department's of Insurance have filed Cease and Desist against them...call and ask for a copy. Check for yourself!
