BEWARE. This company is a small (possibly one man) operation with no customer service. There is no email address to contact this company and no physical address listed on any of their web sites (www.webeatprices.com, www.wholesalewaterdistillers.com, www.waterdistiller.com), and you are unable to reply to the emails that they send to you.

When you call their number if you press "2" for customer support it only goes to voice mail and I did not receive any return phone calls. When you call their number and press "1" for sales the same person always answers the phone day or night and says that they are unable to handle customer service issues because they only take orders. If you ask to speak to a manager or a supervisor the same sales person (who is probably the owner) will tell you that there is no one available and that they are not affiliated with sales made on the web site. If you ask for the name of a supervisor or owner (who I found out is Ed Porter through internet reserach) the sales person (who is probably also Ed Porter) will claim not to know. Not that it will help you if you have a problem (It certainly did not help me), but I also found out through research that Ed Porter's fax number is 740-544-6417 and his email address is [email protected].

This company also does not accept pay pal which I suspect is due the the fact that pay pal has buyer protection. If you do an internet search you will find a mountain of complaints from others about American Water Distillers. Please save yourself some stress and do not do business with American Water Distillers, as they have possibly the worst cutomer service I have encountered.
