I received a UPS shiment from Rx. A box of gum packets (Chiclets) arrived opened and two boxes of toothpaste also had open boxes. It looked like it may have opened during shipment, but in these days, I don't use products when the box seal has been opened.
I called the company right away. He said I had to email a picture of what was damaged. I said I didn't have a scanner. He said he would refer my complaint to the shipping department. I did not hear anything for 4 days
I called back. He said I had to send a photocopy of the items to them. Then, they would determine what their financial responsibility would be and if they could pursue the carrier for the damage. We are talking about $20.00 worth of product. REALLY? You want to spend employee time to do all this research to find out whose fault it is?
It's YOUR FAULT AMERICAN RX. You packed heavy items with lighter items without enough bubble wrap. The bubble wrap was on the bottom of the box and on the top - not wedged between the heavy stuff and the lighter-weight stuff that got damaged. YOUR SHIPPING DEPARMENT DOESN'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!
This is not worth my time. I threw the product out and I will never order from AMERICAN RX again - you have LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
