I was delivered a refrigerator that was scratched on the sides when being pushed threw my front door. The delivery people were very nice about it and filled out a form to have a replacement sent. The delivery people who arrived to replace it were very rude toward me and threatening. One of them asked me to help him take the refrigerator that was being replaced out my front door and asked to use my tools. And I asked him if he had his own and he very defensively said that they don't carry them on them and they were in the truck. I let him use me screw driver. The second person came up yelling and was telling me that my front door had never been taken off. I told him that the first delivery people had took it off. And he started yelling at me shaking his hands asking which way they brought it in. I told him he should be able to tell by the scratches on the sides. He ask for a hammer and a shrew driver to take my door off.I gave him my hammer and he started shaking at me yelling about my door. I told him not to threaten me or I would have to call the police. I'm a single woman and was alone when they were in my home. He told me that if that's what I was going to do they were leaving. And that's what they did. I had to put my refrigerator back and wait until the next week to have another delivery crew replace my refrigerator. I have never been threatened or made to feel un-valued as a customer before by any company. I talked to the delivery manager and felt that nothing would ever be done to change there approach toward there customers. I will never buy anything from this store again. They are very discriminating...
