My mercedes was taken for the brake line to be bled and the liars at americas service center told my wife that the rotors have to be changed everytime that the pads are changed. Then after 3 days of waiting for our vehicle and a $700.00 bill, they informed her that she need to buy an extended warranty and they would have our vehicle running like new. When picking up the vehicle, the mechanic stated that he noticed an oil leak that at no other time mentioning this and then stated that they could find out where it is. After driving the vehicle home, i smelled a burning smell coming from the engine and noticed an reddish brown fluid under the front of the vehicle with no smell. The car was picked up the next day and taken back to the shop where they stated that it was no wrong doing on there behalf for the oil leak but they would repair it because it wasn't anything major right now. How in the *** did they know if it wasn't anything major if they wasn't the ones who caused the leak. After 2 days in the shop and no diagnostic check done, they stated that 2 bolts miraculously were lose and causing the leak and it would cost $750 to repair but that they would only charge $375. This vehicle is only 3 yrs old and well maintained on a regular basis and has never had any leaks or any problems until AMERICA'S SERVICE STATION got there rip off hands on it. This problem will be reported to the better business bureau, I team investigators and i will never utilize their service again because they are LIARS, CHEATS AND RIP OFF ARTIST. DO NOT UTILIZE THEIR SERVICES PEOPLE.

not only do they rip off coustomers by over charging for parts that are bought at advanced and autozone. they convince the customers that they need several parts for a repair. they never install the parts. the owner dean wilk is also a piece of work. drugs are used openly at this location and dean wilk knows about this serious problem. but he does nothing. this place should be shut down!
