In March of 2009 I contacted ASC for a loan modification and they passed me around from one person to the next and each telling me something different. At the time I was up to date on my payments but because getting wrong and different info from different reps they dragged their feet and I fell behind (I kept the ID# of different reps I spoke with and it is a long list) and they forced me into an agreement, I honestly think ASC does this by design. I did what they had asked for the next 3 months meanwhile they ruined my credited which at the time was above 700. In Jan of 2010 they send a long term loan modification agreement and they had added $19, 000.00 to my loan and it didn’t have any details and basically they were and are asking me to sign a vague agreement without any detail so that they can make it up as they go, and when I called and wrote to ask what the $19, 000.00 is for they ignored me. I filed a complaint with FDIC which has been transferred to OCC and all of sudden I get a call from the office of the president. The rep was telling me I will explain the $19, 000 over the phone and the deal we offered to you is take it or leave it and I insisted that I need things in writing they wouldn't agree until I wrote a second letter. Now they have sent me a loan modification agreement that has the following "payment may be subject to additional increase in the future. The escrow Dept will reanalyze your loan after the terms of the modification are met and you will receive notice regarding any additional increase". Which means we will charge you what we want in the future regardless of this agreement. Jesse James did not do this to people. These people are nothing but bunch of greedy low life’s. They are very reluctant to admit that ASC is owned by Wells Fargo. I will be making a video and if anybody likes to join to expose this guys leave a note. I will Scan these docs and put them up later. In simple terms they are taking advantage of people like me who needs just a little help and nothing outrages and is willing to pay but they want to ram the worst deal they can down my throat and they are doing this to lot of people.
