DIREGARD FOR CALIFORNIA LAWS AND BANKRUPTCY LAWS
Ameriloan continues to force contact with me even after I have given them accurate information regarding my attorney's contact information and notified them that my attorney has been fully retain. Yet they state the attorney must call them with a file number. All other creditor have verfied my attorney's information and contacted his office and I have had no further problems with any company other than ameriloan which has total disregard for the California laws and fair collection practice laws. My attorney and I have begun Civil proceeding against this company for continual harrassment.
This company is HORRIBLE.

Awful company
I only borrowed $300 from this company and expected to pay them back monthly from my checking account, with a charge of $90. Which seemed reasonable to me. Then this company started taking out different amounts at different times and it started going over the amount I borrowed and they overdrew my account!
I called and complained many times and they always said there was nothing they could do! So i put a complete stop on them thru my bank. Im glad to see i wasn't the only one being scammed.

Rrude and haressment
Due to all the identity fraud going on today my wife requested that this company provide her with a copy of account but they refuse they say that they don't have to and she can only pay over the phone. I feel that if this company wants to collect what owed them the first must prove she owes it and stop harassing us on the phone and being extremely rude to us .

Don't borrow from them!
I borrowed $300 in late Dec and was told I would pay $90 per month on an auto renewal or had the option to payoff if I made arrangements 3 days prior to the due date. I called cust serv & requested full pay off of $390 they tried to ACH my account b4 the date that had been arranged with customer service; this put my account in the negative then 3 days later was ACH'd for $510 for a $300 loan that was only 30 days old!!! Bottom line between the fees from my bank and Ameriloan this cost me $580.00

harassment
I had a loan with Ameriloan in 2007. In December of 2007 I filed a bankruptcy. They were included. Today, 01/29/08 and for the last few weeks, I have been receiving numerous daily calls from them for the money. I spoke with someone today and he said they never received the discharge from 2/11/2008. I asked for an address to send it to and he said they have no address. I must fax it to them. I told him it didn't seem quite legal for a business to have no address but to give me the fax number and I would find a way to fax it. HE HUNG UP ON ME. What do I do now? I hope someone out there can get me some information on this so I can get rid of it once and for all. Biggest mistake I ever made getting involved with a payday loan. Thank you.

scam
around Oct. 15 I got a loan from Ameriloan for 200 plus a $60 fee. since then they have been takin $60 out like every 2 weeks or so.. now for the past month it has been $80 and $90 and it says my next payment due is 80!!! I know for a fact that I have already paid off the amount but they keep taking money out. Is there anything I can do? I tried e-mailing them but no answer. Could I just close my bank account or what? PLEASE HELP!!!

Fraud and scam
Please advise anyone who further a victim from Ameriloan. Never uses this company to apply for a loan. I have never borrowed money from Ameriloan somehow they got my information that I borrowed from different lender. I thought they are same company. Actually they're different company. So Ameriloan place a money to my account $200.00 they been deducted my bank account for 4 payments. I still owe the payoff of $260.00. They still continue duct $60.00 till i have 260.00 pay off the amount. Thats a rip off.

Unauthorized billing
Ameriloan, have continue to take money out of my account every pay period. The loan have been paid they will not give a number to get in touch with someone, to stop this.

took money out of my account
I applied for a payday loan and to my surprise when I checked my bank account there where 2 loans that went through the one I applyed for and one from ameriloan this was back in june I have tried to contact ameriloan since june and have not been able to and every week they take $90.00 out of my account I contacted my bank about it and finally in october the bank as confurmed that they are a scam and closed my account for me after ameriloan got away with $1800.00 from me this company needs to be sut down the banks can't give me back my money I have to go after ameriloan but have no clue where to start all I have is aemail address for them and when you email them it gets sent back to you as not a valid email address
