Fraud & cheating!
They called promising to help me rebuild my credit by giving me a credit card but first they withdrew 200.00 out of my checking. I have never received any such card and they refuse to refund the 200.00.

Harassing calls!
This company has called me 15 times today. Calls started at 8 am this morning and it's only 2 pm now. They show up as five-9 on caller id and don't say anything when phone is answered or machine picks up.

Hung up on me - total scam!
I had these people calling and calling and calling me from California. Saying they were in Florida. The woman gave her name as Libby Foster and been working there 6 years and the company has been in business for 15 years. I called the Customer Service line, just rings. then I called the 408-731-7348 line to a gentleman hanging up on me when I asked how long the business has been up and running he told me 10 years. I told him, the lady said 15, he hung up on me, total scam, I think.

Fraud and cheating!
I was contacted by Ameritrust Financial and was told that with a $200.00 deposit, I could obtain a credit card with a credit limit of $2,000.00. I gave my information, and the money was deducted from my checking account and I received a letter of verification in the mail that I had to sign in order to obtain the credit card.
At NO time during the "recorded" conversation was I told that Ameritrust Financial was a catalog company and that the credit card could ONLY be used on their merchandise. I contacted them to get my $200.00 back and have yet to get a return call.
DO NOT trust these people - this is a SCAM - save your money. If you want a credit card go to your bank - get a SECURED credit card from your bank - and DO NOT trust Ameritrust Financial.
I plan to pursue this as far as I can take it and get my $200.00 back.

Unsolicited credit cures!
With the "promise" of reporting good reports to credit reporting agencies, Ameritrust Financial solicited banking information, deducted money and provided nothing in return. They are stealing peoples money who are, in fact the ones who need it the most. They are getting names from bankruptcy filings.
They need to be stopped and prosecuted!

Don't stop calling!
This company called me saying I was approved for a credit card. I told them I wasn't interested and hung up. They continue to call me sometimes as many as three times a day when I answer there is no one on the phone. I have called the number and told them to take me off the call list. today is 3/8/2007. I want this posted to document the date I requested to be removed from the call list.
This is a terrible Company with a horrible business model, there only purpose is to rip people off.

Do not trust this company - they are scams!
I received a phone call from Ameritrust on october 25, 2006, asking me if I wanted to sign up for a credit card to help raise my credit score.
The lady told me that the $200 processing fee would be reimbursed through vouchers, so I agreed. I gave them my information, and they deducted the money from my account on Nov.21.
I called them in the middle of December, and they said that a package was mailed to me on Nov. 28, and that it would cost me more to cancel, so I should just use the vouchers. It is now March, and I still have not received anything from them, and they have not returned my phone calls.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. They are a scam, and will take your money.

Horrible people and full of lies!
In part this is my fault because I was naive enough to believe them. They called promising all kinds of great products and services, but then they debited my account for $200.00, and refused to refund it. I never heard back from them, I never received any of the products and services they promised, and they are impossible to get a hold of. I emailed them, I called them, they never got back in tough with me. When I finally did get a hold of the "customer service" center (after at least a dozen tries), they hung up on me! So I called them back (after many tries once again and hours of holding), and they hung up on me a second time! Please run from any one like this, and don't be naive and stupid like me. They are horrible, horrible people and full of lies!
