Amex travel

Please redirect if this is not the department for our concern.


The Issues are:


• The Gentleman that I support has booked and then canceled a trip on Axiom record locator JGPSXJ ticket number 0067931538442 on 31st Oct 2010 from BWI to Detroit.
He has yet to be credited for it.

• He believes Delta credited the Amex travel instead of his American express card.

• His case with American Express (Case #8JIKD) was closed saying there is nothing they can do.

• We are trying to track it down who Delta credited this 600.00 ticket to.

Was it to Amex travel?

Please help direct my concern or give me advice on how to connect with someone in your company that can help us. We have called to no avail, only to rack up more charges on our bill.

What is the best avenue to approach this concern/complaint.
