Rip offs
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE RIP OFFS, YOUR ORDERS WILL BE WRONG AND THEY WILL REFUSE TO REFUND YOUR MONEY. THEY WILL REFUSE TO TRANSFER YOUR CALL, THEY WILL STATE THEY HAVE NO MANAGERS AND NO SUPERVISORS, THEY WILL NOT TELL YOU WHO THE OWNER IS.

Bad service
Ordered from Amiclubwear.com order came to $68.77 place info to received free shipping. Put in credit card info and Magically I was charged $112.73 for shipping for a whopping total of $181.50. I immediately called customer service, was on hold more than 40 minutes. Was told she would have to send teh request to a manger who "May" get back to me the next day. I demanded to speak with a manager, I was provided with an email address. I sent my email request, called my bank to dispute. I called back when I saw that you could cancel your order before 1:00PM PST. When I did call back (25 minutes on hold) I was then told that because I wanted my refund of the shipping I could NOT cancle my order. These peopel are crazy, ripp-off artist, rude, and lack good customer service skills. I have ordered from all over the world and have Never paid $112.73 shipping, no less from CA to NY. They do not even have a manager that can be contacted during normal business hours

was rejected for return boots back
I have been trying to return my boots that i order from amiclubwear store and when i got them, they was to small and i try call them on 2-10-11, then i try email them and i got only that i need a RMA. I then try to go on line to get that number but i could not get it, so I tried calling later that week again no answer. Then this week 3/17/10 someone finlly answer the phon after the fact it over my time limt to return my boots. I feel that i was not treat right in this matter as like they just blow me off and that not righ.Please help me

did'nt receive the products i ordered
I ordered some boots and a pair of heels and I never received them it's way pass the delivery date.I can't get in touch with them or anything.Poor business very upset.

Prodcut returned but no refund
I've made purchase on this online store and the quality is bad so I've returned all items to them, They've "issue" store credit to me but it can NOT be use for the next purchase!! Every time I called in ask about the store credit they just hung up the phone with no answer!!
So they took all the products back and without refund to me!!!
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! IF YOU RETURN THE PRODUCT TO THEM THEY WILL NOT ISSUE THE MONEY BACK NOT EVEN STORE CREDIT..

yes i have placed a order on www.amiclubwear last week and didnt receive my order yet. so i have been calling this company about this order but they have been given me the run around.so i have called them today 11/11/10 and the lady said that she cant give me my money back. if anyone know on how to help me with this issue please email me like a lawyer so that i can sue the [email protected] thank you.

too good to be true?
i was in search of some cool boots at a reasonable price .i found this website for amiclubwear and saw the prices, i thought wow this cannot be true! apparently it isnt, good thing i found the complaint board before i ordered, sad to say someone had to find out the hard way that this is not a reputable site to order from!! if there is some one of integrity who is affiliated with this company i suggest they get to work to vindicate themselves!!!

Horrible Company!
I ordered my costume and a pair of heels on October 13th. Days went by and I never recieved an email with a tracking number. I went to my order status page on the website and still no number I was nervous but with 2 weeks till halloween I didnt worry too much. On October 21 I received a package opened it up and the only thing there were my shoes. No costume. I read the slip and it said they would ship it sepertaly in 3-5 business days. Still I thought ok it will still make it in time for Halloween. On Friday 22 I decided to call just in case. I talked to a girl name Michelle that told me my costume was backordered! Never was I told this nor did I ever get an email. She told me to call back on Monday because they just restocked on the costumes and she would expidite my order. I called on Monday and suprise Michele just happened to answer again. She told me she still doesnt see anything and she would check the warehouse herself to find the costume and she would call me back that same day. She never called back on Monday... on Tuesday I get a call from her saying "A lot of people recieved a refund there costumes were backordered you should have a credit on your account" WTF No I didnt have a credit I didnt have a costume and now I have shoes to match a costume I never got. They were never going to call me to tell me this if I didnt call I would still be here wondering where the hell is my costume. I had to go on Yandy.com order a costume slim pickings of course because Im a size small and pay 15.99 for shipping. I hate AMI do not order from there!!!

No refund
I sent back a pair of heels per AmiClubWear instructions on September 9th 2010. I still haven't heard from them. I checked my bank statements, still no refund. They operate a corrupt business and strongly urge the public to beware.

Non existent customer service
They have the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!Better yet they have NO customer service!! :( :(

Email replies from them are ridiculous!! They take 3-5 days to respond with 1-2 line replies that are so vague & cold. It looks like they copy & paste the msg over & over 2 other people too. They don't even answer your questions directly!!Uhhh no Help.

Their 1 Phone line is always busy. Then when you finally get through you wait for an hour for an unprofessional sounding rep that doesn't know anything!! Then when you go to speak to mgr, they're even worse!!! I felt like I was talking to walls. They were in the wrong for a coupon offer they sent me via email for 50%off & free shipping. Being in retail myself, I read the coupon THOROUGHLY & saw I was able to use both. PLUS, they were advertising this offer on their site. After completing my large purchase I didn't get the free shipping. But after I complained, they fixed the error on their ad & yet I still I got NO such compensation or some kind of credit for THEIR MISTAKE & HELPING THEM PREVENT FUTURE MISHAPS!! UGHHH talk about adding insult to injury!!!

They're shipping is disgustingly high, slower than snails, & packaging is soo poor!! Spend your $$ elsewhere & save yourself some aggravation. & be sure to spread the word how HORRIBLE Ami is.

Their bad business karma will catch up to them soon :p
