I received this product on August 3rd and on August 6th they took $59.95 out of my account. The information at the check out stated that the 14-day trial would end on August 22 and I would then be billed $59.95 this did not occur I was billed $59.95 on August 6th about 14 business days from the purchase date (July 21). I called (1-800-509-2105) on August 7th for a refund and received my RMA # and I was told 7-10 business days later I would receive my refund and I have not. I mailed the package out on August 10 and they received it on August 12. STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND?
