Shoddy product
Absolutely ridiculous customer service! Ordered product on 5th of Febuary under the understanding that order would be "rushed" to me, recieved item on 12th of Febuary, which leaves actually 7 days to "try" product for free. I did try product and the only energy I had resulted from the high amounts of caffeine in product! So I go to call and cancel on 19th to cancel product because, quite frankly if I want a caffeine high, I'll just make some coffee at home. I am on hold for 25 minutes and no one answers so I decide I am going to call the next day, same thing except I am on hold for 35 minutes...no one answers, again. Yeah, I am getting pretty pissed off by now, so I call the next day...(I am very stubborn, and patient) on hold for 55 minutes, (a combined total of 1 hour and 55 minutes total waiting) and I finally get to talk to someone, they of course tell me that since I called after trial period, I am still getting charged the 75 dollars for the bottle and I of course said that I had called but was not able to get through the first day, and exactly how long I had been waiting for someone to answer the bloody phone! I now have to call my credit card company just to make sure that they do not charge another 75 dollars to my account! This product is a scam, do not fall for it! Unless you want a huge headache to deal with, or have alot of time to sit and wait on hold, I suggest you try something else, Thanks for reading my review. Mom of 3 in Kennewick, WA

Didn't work/Can't stop charges
They advertise a trial product that you only pay $4.95 for shipping and handling and there is no obligation. Then, I find out there will be automatic shipping for $79.00 per month. The phone number listed stated they are not assoicated with the product (Acai Berry) Apparently there are different forms of this product out there but this one is bogus. It states that it is promoted by Oprah and CNN.
