On the return flight from Hyderabad to Birmingham on 29th March 2010, flight number 527 (039) I checked my luggage in Hyderabad. My cases were locked. As I am a doctor, I was carrying medical books. When I got home I noticed that the lock was completely missing. Some of my clothes and medical books had been stolen. I have been intouch with Emirates help desk and they asked me to contact you through this website.

I have been flying with your airline for many years and have always considered your services to be excellent. This is the first time anything like this has happened. When I phoned, I was told that if there are suspicions, they have thr right to open any suitcase. I appreciate that this is the case but I am rather unhappy that my medical books and clothes are missing.
