I ordered a Coffee Table & End Table on October 6, 2010 from www.amishfurnituresite.com. Vera ? said their driver would deliver the tables on December 13th. The driver never showed or called. Amish failed to return my phone calls but emailed me saying basically the problem was between me and the driver. I was told that the transmission on their truck needed replaced, but I would receive the tables before Christmas, then promised by New Years, then between 1PM-3PM on January 4th. Nobody showed or called. No response from amishfurniture site. Their driver called and said the truck broke down again and he had to get a rental truck but would deliver between 8PM-10PM January 5th. He showed at about 9PM and delivered the wrong coffee table. I ordered the 48" table and amish shipped me a 42" table. If this company had simply kept in contact with me regarding the delays, I wouldn't have had to take 2 unpaid days off from work. Further, if their shipping department had simply matched the furniture pieces to the invoice, there would have been no need for this incident. Now, I have had to file a claim with the credit card issuer, Bank of America to try and come to a resolution.
