Went to AMMCO shop in Dec. 3rd, 2010 to have my truck transmission service as the shifting was sticking. Asked them to change the fluid. They require me to sign an OK for an estimate which cost $45.00 for them to inspect the truck and drive test etc... I was fine with that until they had me waiting like 4 hours in their waiting room. Then they come up with a estimate over $1000.00. I asked them to show me the problems and they tried to avoid it. Finally fave in and showed me the transmission is leaking which I disagree as it looks like they sprayed oil inside all over it and made it look like it's leaking. I looked at the plug (an access panel) it was dry. So how can inside get so oily while the access panel is clean and dry. I asked them to just change the oil. They said they can't. I have to have the repair done. I told them to take it off their ramp and change me for the estimate and they did and I left. The bill was $49.95.

Two and half months later a un-authorized charged of $460.42 showed up in my account 2/23/11 that is my debit card and its the same card I used for the AMMCO transmission service. I went to to the bank and tried to stop this payment as its a Fraud. The debit card is bran new and first used it at AMMCO and they had my account number and tried to get by again trying to charge $460.42.
