Never received, CC charged
I am sorry to say, I too, think this is a scam company. Charged my CC over 4 months ago and I am still missing part of order. They do not return phone calls and forget about email. Stay clear. PS you definitely get what you pay for-- Junk! that falls apart on contact. Shoot thru umbrellas are so lame, that they break with little contact. Camera case zipper broke immediately.

Bad service
Good price, high shipping, decent product. Thats the good news. Bad news is the tripod fell apart. Several calls to tech support got me voicemail. Several messages and emails got me nothing. Bad quality and terrible support. DON'T BUY!!!

Avoid them

DO NOT ORDER FROM AMVONA.COM!!! This is a horrible company with horrible business ethics. I ordered two items, one of which was featured on an unsolicited email, both items were "out of stock" immediately after ordering and never came into stock. My CC was charged the day I ordered, but after 2 months I never received a shipment and contacted them to cancel and refund my money. I have yet to receive an email or response to my emails and calls. I have yet to receive a refund, an apology, or any sort of acknowledgement of the fact that I have had such a bad experience. I believe this is a classic Bait and Switch company, as they offered to sell me a different and more expensive product in lieu of the ones I ordered. I can not get a solid answer as to when to expect a refund, was told it would take 4-6 weeks to show up on my credit card! Horrible Horrible experience, AVOID AMVONA!!!
NOTE: I did FINALLY receive a full refund from Amvona.com. I wasted a lot of time emailing, calling, emailing, and calling. I got no response or apology, but did eventually receive a full refund. I would still advise avoiding this company as I believe I got the refund only because I pestered them as much as I did in order to get it. I do think they have bad business ethics and should alter the way they view customers in this modern age of Customer Reviews that are searchable online. How easy would it have been for them to avoid this whole thing and leave me feeling just fine. Other companies do, so should they.
