1. Get Treatment plan written out and given to you,
2. Have all incisions to be made indicated on a diagram, length and number. Get a copy of this
3. Write on consent form that any changes in treatment plan must be approved by patient or guardian.
4. Take pictures of your procedure site before you have any work done.
5. Don’t accept any vague explanations.
