Andrew Webber at wutt.ca is con-artist and a scammer. He took a paypal deposit of $200 from me to do a flash video player, and just like the others he got really slow and then never responded to my emails after getting the money. He kept promising saying he'd do it and then never uploaded or provided anything. Nada. Nothing. He just strung me along for months, Twice.
He basically then later admitted and told me on the phone that he didn't even do the art or design or any of it on his site, that he just pretends it is his, to draw more people in to get there deposits. And that he shows them other people's work on his site as his to get them to give him a deposit. He also sells people logos and other things that are basically ripped off and created by others, not by him.
He is a big time scam artist. Do not, I repeat do not do business with him. As he will scam you in the end. As proof Paypal has banned him as a scam artist and fraud.
Here's our note at Paypal that accompanies Andrew Webber's and Wutt.ca as getting the boot at Paypal for being a fraud. Paypal based on our claim and a bunch of others booted him and considers him a scam and a fraud. His account dissappeared before any money could be reclaimed. If you have any information on other emails he uses please contact Paypal and let them know so they can freeze his account and get people's money back.
3/15/2009 22:48 PDT - Buyer: We ordered software Feb 5th, software was never delivered. We were promised in email from them that our payment for the software would be refunded on 3/5(March 5th). No refund of our payment was received. It is now 3/16 with no refund and no software. We've tried to work with the seller in both email and on the phone. And have the email on record we can provide where the seller promised to send the refund on March 5th. At this point we'd have to consider this a scam. We are asking that the seller refund the $200 paid for the product as they have done nothing except take our money, before we have to escalate this. Here are the email addresses from the seller in question:

Please do everyone a favor and return our payment since the software was never delivered. Note: Software was to be electronically delivered.
Contact Paypal's fraud and scam department and us the information above if you have any dealings with Wutt.ca or Andrew Webber so they can freeze his assets and return people's money from his scam.
Andrew webber's notes on here are lies made up to misdirect, he is good at that, god help you if you work with him.
