Hired Andrews Roofing Co. to put a new roof from front to back on my house 1920 West Saratoga Street 21223. They check roof and said " No Problem ". I signed a contract, Paid in Full. Work was done. I called them back three times for leaking from Skylight and rear of building. Mr. Andrews came out and said " They put the wrong material on my roof and I would have to paid for new material". My Question. Why do I have to pay for your mistake ? I did pay for another roof and still calling for leaks from Skylight and rear of building. Mr. Andrews said " Call another Contractor to remove bricks from rear of building for water to run off. I called ServiceMaster on internet. Two different Roofer Company's came out on different days and Said " Bricks do not have to be removed, took pictures and said " if the job was done right first time, I would not be calling for Help". Mr. Andrews said there is a foot of water on my roof, But pictures show small area and little water. Mr. Andrews wants me to pay another Contractor to fix his work.
