March 2007 I sent Animation Studio $1500. I was impressed by their portfolio and wanted them to design my website. After one month I might have heard from them 3 times. The 2nd month went by and still no progress. They never returned my e-mails or my phone calls. After the 3 month went by and all I had was 2 drafts of a home page, I demanded my money back only to be told that they have a NO refund policy. This ordeal of trying to get a refund went on for another month with NO results. After I called and told them that I was filing a small court claim against them did I get a call from them telling me that they have had to let some people go and of course that were the ones working on my site but I was going to get Lia who has been there the longest and is the head designer. That I was top priority and I would have a final draft of my home page with in the week. NOT. I went on a complaint forum about this company when I get another manager telling me HE will personally handle my site and they will keep in touch by email and phone every other day. I was called the next day and put on a conference call with the designers. I told them that I have been jacked around now for months and that this is their last chance to make progress or else. They did get in touch with me like they said, but then it soon stopped again. To make a long story short, Its now Nov. I have nothing but a home page and NOTHING else. I have lost so much time with these losers when I could have been making money. It took me all this time to save up to finally get another webdesigner. I want to get my money back for waiting for 8 months . I'm now trying to file a complaint with the BBB but I can't find any information about them. I have a phone number but not an address, if someone could help me with some info it would be greatly appreciated. They need to be held accountable for their actions...
