Same as all the other complaints I read, they have now had nearly £300 off me. They mislead you with the small print, they make it difficult for returns.

Reading their delivery note it states even if you return goods and pay all shipping costs etc. they still don't have to give you your money back.

My bank can't even stop the payments going through. The only option was for me to close my bank account...how bad is that!

They should not be able to trade on the net anymore!
How do they get away with it.

The call centre are rude, even though your the customer your not allowed to speak! If you state the facts they hang up on you!

I just find it unbelievable that in this day and age they are allowed to trade!!!

Does anyone ever read these complaints and do anything about them???
