You don't want to order from these people
You don't want to order from these people! I bought the Android Eclipse Duel sim phone. Everything seems fine until you have a problem. My phone died after 5 weeks. They had me take it to a cell phone repair place, who could not work on it because none of the parts are available here in the US. The phone is a knock off of a Samsung phone, (think about how the Chinese copy music). The next option is to ship it back to China. When I bought the phone I paid $18 for express shipping and it came DHL, To ship it back I went to Fed Express and they wanted $105, DHL wanted $95, the US Post Office priority mail was $32 which is how I shipped it. It took three tries for the Chinese Post Office to find anyone there, I believe it is only a closet they use to get mail. Six weeks later they have mailed the phone back and did not reimburse my shipping. I am now $172 into a very marginal phone that has a useless warranty. UPDATE June 28th Still struggling with the phone, when back from repair it was dead out of the box, they will not pay for shipping back for re-repair. Took it back to local repair shop, can't be repaired here. Ankaka will not pay for it to go back re-repair, made me buy a $12 flashing cable and sent a flashing program for Windows XP, still does not work. It's all about stall and postpone until the worthless warranty has expired.

Seller responsibility doesn't seem to exist and the customer service is complete useless
Ordered my barcelona phone 3 months ago, it still hasn't arrived. ankaka informed me my only options were to wait until they figured out what happened to the package, or buy another one from them. Seller responsibility doesn't seem to exist and the customer service is complete useless.
