Unreliable, item not in stock
I ordered some case fans from antarespro because they were cheaper than elsewhere. However, the next day I received the following e-mail:
"Dear AntaresPro.com Shopper,
Your order status has been changed to: Canceled
The item(s) you ordered were on backorder. However, we are required to cancel your order as we are not able to maintain a backorder for this item. "
Now, when I ordered them, they definitely said "in stock". I went back and checked, and the website *still* had them listed as "in stock". Don't waste your time with this company - they might be cheap, but you won't know if they're actually selling what they list.

Unreliable, unprofessional vendor
Anteres Pro did not stock the parts I ordered and then canceled the order with no advance notice or chance to select alternatives. A call to customer service found a friendly person who stated she was at a 'fulfillment center' and that she, and no one at her location, had any knowledge of the items sold at the web site, and no ability to help with finding alternative items from the AnteresPro web site. She did suggest I 'call the manufacturer' if I wanted to find out more about what alternatives might be available. The lure of the web site's low prices is offset by the lack of availability and knowledgeable support. Serious buyers beware of what I think is a company built around drop shipping and inept customer service.
