I am going through hell with this company, They took almost £100 although it was supposed to be a free trial, they took my money before even sending me the item, seeing this price I sent it back straight away and waited for my refund but I didn't get a thing, I emailed so many times and they just got ignored them. I phoned them up back in May, (it all started in February), I was told that they had received the parcel return and were going to issue my refund within 3-5 days. Months have gone by and I still have nothing. I just called again and I got the worst customer service in history, the operator kept asking for my phone number to locate the order and I told her that I did not provide one, would it not be better if she takes my address or the RMA number but she still didn't take those.

I received a free trial of their Instant Slim Wrap and was only charged for shipping (December). I was so excited when i received my product and was able to test it out. Months went on and I never heard back from the company. I get back from work one day and see a package from the same company that sent me the samples. I open it and see that is more product and and invoice attached to it (March). It is not 'til then that i look into my billing statement and notice that i have been charged 4 times for product. I call the company and they let me know that they have been shipping product to my home and billing my credit card.

I did not receive any product in January or February they have the nerve to tell me that i am responsible for the product that i never received. "Product has been shipped and i have tracking" is what the lady let me know. I asked her "how can a company ship product and not have signature on there packages???" I'm responsible for December, January, February and March. They ended up charging me for that sample i received in December (which at this point i'm okay with it). I will be returning the march shipment and getting a refund i do hope i am able to receive my money back...

I purchased a sample product for the amount of $2.97 on Jan 27, 2011 and have now been billed for another product which I DID NOT ORDER OR AUTHORIZE, in the amount of $97.25 Canadian ( $96.35 US)
I cannot locate any phone number by which to receive customer service.
I will be sending complaint to my credit card as well.
