Credit Card Fraud
Sent for free sample with postage cost of £2.97 which was deducted from my credit card and the company at a later date took unauthorised payment from my card for the amount of £96.35. I have since spoke to my bank Lloyds TSB who have said that this is now a monthly subscription and although they can not recall the unauthorised payment they can stop any futher payments and they will contact the company about this. Please anyone who has also been scamed by this company contact your bank to stop further payments. what has happened is shocking and something needs to be done about this company.

Before I had received the sample £96.35 was withdrawn from my bank
I sent off for a 'free' (postage costs only) cosmetic sample at the end of Jan 2011. If I did not like the trial I could cancel the agreement and return the product. At the beginning of February 2011b before I had recieved the sample £96.35 was withdrawn from my bank. I phoned and complained and was told it takes a while for the product to get through customs hence the money being withdrawn. I stated this was not acceptable and wished to cancel the agreement. I was sent a confirmation email of the cancellation but in March 2011 another £96.35 was taken from my bank. I have sent emails and spoken to the company who so far are not refunding my money

An unauthorized withdrawal of £96.35 had been made by the company
I responded to an online advert for a an anti-aging cream free sample. I gave my details and was charged £31.79. I tried to cancel within 15 minutes, but was told I couldn't, but I could return it on receipt. They told me delivery would be about 5 weeks and I returned the product but have received no refund. This was on 12/02/09. However, I checked my bank account on 2/02/09 and discovered that an unauthorized withdrawal of £96.35 had been made by the company. I have written to them, but have received no reply. I have changed the debit card which was used to pay for the goods.

They took £96.35 without authorizing by me
I saw an advert on Facebook for a free sample so I agreed to paying £2.97 postage. Then 2 weeks later they took £96.35 without authorizing by me. I have phoned them but await their reply. I see from this site that I am not the only one. These companies must be stopped. Has anyone recieved a full settlement yet?

Avoid this place at all costs
Ordered a "free trial" from this company but have been completely unable, by email or phone, to contact them about returns.

Credit Card Fraud
After a free sample of their product I have been 'bombarded' with charges to my credit card. During a stay overseas for cancer treatment I had no information about debits to my credit card as the statements were sent to my home address in Australia. When I came back I got the shock of my life: Not only Anti-Agingstore.com had charged me for a total of USD 153.82, but also companies which I have never contacted, but believe they are connected to that store, CML Purcollagen.com, CHB Facialserum, CML Faceserum for atotal of USD 373.88 ! I am at my wits end as where to start complaining and it is an additional stress to my illness.

Unauthorised Credit Card Charge
On the 30th August 2010 I ordered a free trial bottle of anti-aging serum from http://anti-agingstore.com/ at £1.93 for postage using my Visa credit card which was charged the same day with Euro 2.42 from "CML*FACESERUM-PCS.COM". On investigation, I have found the website to be operated by Colorado Health and Beauty Products LLC of 1035 Pearl Street, Boulder, Colorado, 80302, USA who also operate from 2210 E 26th Ave #100, Aurora, Colorado, 80019, USA. This company also operates the following websites:

http://purcollagen.com/
http://www.anti-ageingstore.com
http://www.anti-ageingstore.co.uk
http://www.faceserum-pcs.com/

On 9th September 2010 I received a packet containing a broken bottle of serum. I emailed the company on the 10th September 2010 telling them the bottle was damaged, I was dissatisfied with the product and did not want anything further from them.
As I received the goods on the 9th September, one presumes the trial started on that day & ends on 23rd September. However my visa card was charged Euros 108.94 by "CML*PURCOLLAGEN.COM", just 2 days after the damaged goods were delivered & 1 day after I notified the company of the fact. Clearly they were not authorised to charge my card before 23rd September at the earliest &, in this case, not at all since the goods were damaged & I informed them I did not want them replaced.

I telephoned the company at the number quoted on the website to be answered by an automated system requesting an extension number & no option to speak to a human or leave a message. On 15th September I managed to speak to someone at another number & explained the situation to be told that I need to have cancelled the order within 10 days of placing the order to avoid being charged. When I pointed out the website offered to try the product for 14 days before the card would be charged I was told "I just work here".
I have returned to broken bottle and all packaging but was told I am not sure to get my money back. Does anyone out else see the regular scam this company are running. There have been 16 complaints against CBH products on the Better Business Bureau http:www.bbb.com in the last 36 months.

debit card fraud
Around July this year an email turned up in my mail box offering free samples of a anti-aging cream. I began to register and my credit card details were required for postage to be charged of $2.20. Before I authorized the deal I backed out of the site and decided to forget all about it.
About a month later a small package arrived in the mail. I had no idea it was coming and thought, well, they only charged $2.20 postage, so tried it. It was okay, smelled like coconut oil. I thought that was the end of it. There was no information about any credit card debit in the packaging, no invoice or anything like that, just a little beauty magazine.
Yesterday another package with the same product was hand delivered to my door. I was very surprised.
I decided to check my credit card information and lo and behold...
They had debited my credit card twice!
The new package said I ordered the goods on 12/07/2010 and it was shipped on 30th August, 2010. Notice the lag in their information?

I have now had to cancel my credit card and report an unauthorised transaction[two of them].
These people are criminals and need to be put in jail, robbing folk like me who are struggling to put bread on the table. We live on a very small income and would never ever, ever spend $114 on a tiny jar [thick glass] with coconut blended oil inside.

Now I have to get a new credit card, fill out copious numbers of forms and hope to get these scums out of my life, and hopefully get my money back.

If I get my money back I will cheer my credit card people for a long time. They have been great angels of protection to date, but now this has slipped in.

Beware of emails with free anti-aging creams girls, and never give them your credit card details.

This is so painful, my heart is jumping and I am so anxious. I wish I could sue these crooks for the torment as well as the unauthorised payment.
Can anybody stop them swindling folk around the world.

On their leaflet they offer a return policy - if returned within 30 days. This product took 12 days to get here on a Friday, with the weekend, 15 days to get to Monday. If I was really really quick I could get it sent back within that time, but it is almost impossible.

Let everyone who reads this remember this joker, Anti-AgingStore.com [note on the email address there is a .au in faded type, so they are deceptive in every way.

I will pray that justice might be done for others. I am posting this for others' sake.
