I ordered a magazine subscription (which I later found out was over priced) on July 19 2010 and never recieved anything from them. It is now mid-December and after leaving several messages that were never returned, I finally got a live person on the phone. they said they couldn't find any record of the transaction but they will send the January issue of the magazine for free, the my subscription will start the month after. we'll see how this turns out.
