you have charged me for something i never knew i had, now you are charging me for another year, i have aol and another program i have been using for years and i am satisfied with them, all free so please refund my money in the credit card for this coming year, and whatever program you claim i have been using, i would like see it, also let me know how you people get awawy with this thievery.
