All of a sudden, my computer started acting up and vista said i needed to download this antivirus 2009 professional beacause i was unprotected and had viruses, so i went to the site and signed up, and all of a sudden i had extra charges for support ect.. that i did not want. i tryed to go to the site and cancel the extra's. Then I had a lot going on in my home life and forgot all about it cause i no longer had the computer issues, when i had some issue a month and half later, i tryed to find the antivirus program so i could run a scan, then i found that the link did not work and i started emailing the [email protected] with just auto responses, and finally i called the long distance # and they said they could not give my a refund cause it was over 30 days, I asked for the company information and they said they could not give me that information. they said they would send me a link to reload it and so i tryed that and that did not work either. Is this legal. What can i do to get my money back?
