this program refused me to open anything from a document to a picture, without wanting to activate to stop malware. Had malware before, need to restore whole disk and loose alot of software, so bought this, with a life time guarantee. On 25 may 2010, another malware program started doing the same thing. Antivirus Live Platinum did not prevent it, and had to restore the whole disk again. note: Antivirus Live Platinum is a malware virus program itself. I have also lost my $69.95.
